"All I can say is Mrs. Letitia was a blessing in disguise! It was a very stressful time planning my aunt's repass facing hurdle after hurdle. From the 1st time we spoke on the phone, a sense of calm was felt. She was so genuine, so patient, and so understanding of the situation we were in with time NOT being on our side. And when I say this woman has her affairs in order, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism all while making you feel like family. On the day of the repass, she greeted me with a heartfelt hug and expressed words of sympathy which is exactly what i needed at that moment. She made sure to stay until everything was in order, answering whatever questions we had. She provided extras that made everything perfect! I live in philadelphia, but will definitely be hosting all of my events in jersey at Chant'e Infinity Venues!!! Oh and did i mention how amazing the space is. Plenty of parking, stores along the strip for last minute needs, the heating unit for the food was so perfect for all of your back up trays of food, the VAULT was definitely an added bonus. I literally could go on and on about this place, and the price was reasonable. Ok thats it, please support this amazing business, you will not be sorry!!!"

Frequently Asked Questions

+ What is the maximum capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 100 people for a banquet style seated event, 150-200 cocktail/standing and 150-200 seated conference style. 

Do I need special event insurance?

Yes. For every event hosted at CIV, the event host must obtain special event insurance. We provide you with 3 recommendations for companies to consider upon booking however you must vet and select your own special event insurance provider. The costs ranges between $88-$124 depending on the coverage you select. Special event insurance is non-negotiable.

Is there a Security Deposit?

Yes. A $300 refundable security deposit is required 14 days prior to your event date. The security deposit will be returned with 3-5 business days following your event provided that no damages are done, rentals are returned and the venue is left clean and orderly.

+ Do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, we do. Caterer referrals may be provided to you however you must vet the caterer to determine if they are a good fit for you. Caterers must provide liability insurance.

+ Can I bring my own alcoholic drinks?

Yes, however, (1) if alcohol will be served you must use a licensed bar-tender to serve and they must provide their professional liability insurance; (2) only persons holding the appropriate permits and are pre-approved by Chante Infinity Venues will be authorized to serve alcohol and (3) if there is a fee for your event and/or a fee for alcohol being served you will be required to obtain a permit. The caterer can obtain a caterer permit or you may be required to obtain a social affair permit. All permits must be applied for at least 21 days prior to your event. Any further questions pertaining to alcohol permits can be directed to the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control website or by calling 609-984-2830. Alcohol service MUST end one hour prior to your event end time. Additional details regarding our Alcohol Policy are in the Contract.
